Is your house easy to find?

Type into your GPS: “go to Allée Flandre Dunkerque”. Or call us and we will guide you.

At what time can we arrive?

Most of the time the rooms are available by mid-morning or early afternoon. Feel free to call for more information.

At what time must we leave the room?

We would like the room to be emptied before 11 o’clock so that they can be available by midday at the latest. We can keep your luggage and other belongings for you if you wish.

Do you have private parking?

Yes, the car park is secured and closed at night time. Bikes can be stored in the garage which has an electronic entry code.

How can I pay?

You can pay your bill in cash or cheque. We do not accept credit cards.

What if I need to cancel my booking?

We do our best to get another booking for the room. If we fail to do so then we keep the deposit that you made on reservation (generally the equivalent of one night).

May I eat in the room?

Please do not eat in the rooms. You would not be pleased to come to a room with food stains.
You can do so, privately, in the garden room. There is a fridge for visitors use in the garage.

Are there activities in Beaumes de Venise?

Of course! The tourist office is very dynamic. They initiated a lot of very interesting and varied activities. Ask us or go to the tourist office (a 5 min walk).

Can I smoke in my room?

For everyone’s wellbeing no smoking ”inside” is the rule. You can smoke outside. Ask us for an ashtray!

What about breakfast?

It is served from 8 o’clock until 9:30. For those who plan to climb Mont Ventoux, we will serve it earlier if required by exception.
It consists of juices, cereals, hot drinks, fruit, yogurt, cheese, meats, bread, jam, butter and pastries.

Is the neighbourhood noisy?

Although it is near the centre of the village (5 to 10 minutes), our house is in a very quiet location.

Where can we eat out?

There are several restaurants in the centre of the village, within walking distance. The food is good quality and reasonably priced.

Do you accept families with young children?

Yes of course! We offer them a cot free of charge on request at the time of reservation.

Do you have Wi-Fi?

Wi-Fi is available in all the rooms.

Do you accept animals?

Pets are only accepted in the ground-floor rooms.
